Order processing times

Our processing times vary based on the items added to your cart. For custom prints, it takes 7 to 10 business days.

For the delivery of finished products alone, it takes between 48 and 72 hours

The printing process is a customization operation based on specific customer requests.
The following schedule highlights the processing timeline for custom print orders:

• Orders placed from Saturday to Friday by 1:00 PM will be processed starting the following Monday.
• The paper or fabric printing phase, including any preparation and finishing stages, requires approximately 7-8 business days.
• Shipments will be made after the quality control, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We use express couriers, with delivery within 24-48 hours.

IMPORTANT
The delivery times of your order may vary if one or more of the following events occur:

• The order is placed near a holiday
• The custom print order exceeds 20 meters.
• You have been notified that a reprint of your order is necessary due to an issue.
• You requested a graphic check, which can take up to 48 hours.
• You requested changes to the order after its completion.
• You made the payment via bank transfer.
• Strikes or periods of high delivery volumes for couriers.
